John is Certified Personal Trainer. He had successful 20+ year career in education, is a former Deputy Head Teacher and has a degree in Psychology. John is a certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of N.L.P. and a Practitioner of New Code N.L.P. (trained and certified by John Grinder). John spent several years working as independent Coach and Trainer with businesses in the UK and Europe on programmes for Organisational; Leadership and Management Development. He retrained as P.T. in 2019 and John’s passion has now turned to helping people improve their own Health, Fitness and Wellness.
We all naturally lose bone density and muscular strength after age 30, this accelerates as we pass 40-50 years and beyond. As a result, our exercise and fitness regimes need to be adapted to effectively attend to our body’s changing priorities. John’s focus is on taking an individualised approach with all his clients.
